Tracey has over 15 years of senior digital and ecommerce experience across several industries. She joined IBM in September of 2016. In her role as Chief Client Officer for the Watson Customer Engagement (WCE) business, she is responsible for the teams that support clients in achieving business value from WCE’s marketing, commerce and supply chain solutions. As VP, Transformation, she also is leading the WCE transformation program as the business moves to cognitive, cloud-based solutions for businesses. Prior, to joining IBM, Tracey served as President of Gilt, where she was responsible for many of Gilt’s operations, including Gilt City, International and Gilt Japan, Customer Service, and Merchandise Planning and Operations, as well as new strategic growth initiatives
