Alyssa Santoli, Lead, Social Media Strategy
Alyssa leads social strategy for KeyBank and oversees social and content support of the bank’s enterprise-wide digital marketing strategy. In addition to social and content marketing, her team also manages social customer care for the bank.
Her five years of marketing experience have ranged from agency roles to the non-profit world, with a focus on marketing strategy, social media, and public relations. Her team is tasked with energizing Key’s social channels, growing their audience, and maintaining a positive sentiment through a strong social customer care presence and engaging content relevant to clients and non-clients alike.
Alyssa graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in Cleveland, Ohio and serves on a variety of non-profit committees including Destination Cleveland’s YP Advisory Council and the Market at the Foodbank Committee for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. She lives in Cleveland with her husband and loves sports, cooking, Kristen Wiig, and spending time outside – when it’s not snowing.
